Realizing your companies are growing and there are many new faces you may or may not have met yet, I would like to share some information about Glenn Livesey.
I have just recently taken on an account for Gallo winery in Modesto, CA. part of the business is sending an ISO tanker on the railroad to Kentucky. I had never had any dealings with bulk transport, and there was no time to research and learn. I was instructed by my boss to contact Glenn and he would take care of everything.
He was correct! After I explained the account to Glenn, he took me by the hand and educated me on how ISO transportation works. Glenn was my tutor, at the same time taking care of the bulk transportation and the account.
I’ve supplied Glenn with the production schedule of the supplier, which indicates the amount of liquid to be shipped, when to ship and what material is to ship. Glenn monitors the schedule, which is far beyond what his role requires. He keeps ME on top of my game, while he is already at the top of his.
Glenn is one of a kind! He has so much information from his experiences, it would be a shame to lose it. If he plans on retiring any time soon, I would hope a fresh person (a man or WOMAN ) would be brought on to watch and learn from the best. Keeping the” legacy of Livesey” going strong, long after he gets to retirement age. He still has a long time before he gets there, but no time like the present to start looking for that fresh new blood.
Please know, Glenn has been instrumental in the setup and success of many accounts and lines of business with G3. He is truly irreplaceable! He is the best at what he does!!
